Barrington Hills Polo Club!
2011 Schedule
April 1 thru May 31 and September 16 thru November (depending on weather):
Except where noted otherwise, Club Practices/Scrimmages will take place in the Wauconda Outdoor Arena (McGahan Field) Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings. (Phone 847-526-5212 to check times and to reserve chukkers.)
Spring Polo School: will begin Saturday, April 16 and run consecutive Saturdays until completed. Classes start at 8:30 am and end at approximately noon or 1:00 pm at our Wauconda Arena. Club chukkers will begin at approximately 1:30 pm following polo school. To enroll in Polo School, call John Rosene, 312-242-4010 (office, 847-791-2910 (cell), 847-854-1415 (home).
June 1 thru September 15: Except where noted otherwise, Club Practices/Scrimmages will take place Saturdays (Grass Field), Sundays (Arena), Tuesday evenings (Grass field), Thursday evenings (Arena). (Phone 847-526-5212 to check times and to reserve chukkers.)
Access to our Grass Field in Barrington Hills is restricted to club members and guests, residents of Barrington Hills and boarders at Oakwood Farm. Our only ?Open to the Public? event will be the Annual Kalaway Landowners Cup on September 1o. These restrictions are required by the Club?s Special Use Permit issued by the Village of Barrington Hills. If you?d like to attend any polo proactice or match as either a player or spectators, please phone John Rosene, 312-242-4010 (office) or 847-791-2910 (cell).
